Change of Mind: Please note that returns for reasons of change of mind are not accepted unless the product is unopened and in a resalable condition. Such cases are not covered under the Consumer Protection Act’s return rights.
5.3 Freeze Dried Products Specifics
Shelf-Life: Freeze dried fruits are designed to have a long shelf-life. However, in the unlikely event that you receive a product that is spoiled (e.g., due to moisture damage or improper storage), our above return policy applies.
Opened Packages: For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on products that have been opened unless a defect or spoilage is evident. If you suspect a quality issue after opening, please contact us immediately.
